Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Polish in Electra-cute
Happy Monday Lovelies!
I thought I'd share with you something which will definitely start your week off with a pop! We've got to add a bit of colour to our Monday mornings right?
As orange is a firm favourite of mine at the moment, I couldn't resist this Sally Hansen Miracle Gel polish in the shade Electra-cute. Basically with these nail polishes, you get a gel manicure finish from just using a nail polish! No light is required!
This nail polish is quite literally amazing. It is so quick to apply, the texture of it covers your nail perfectly and leaves that lovely gel feel. You're meant to apply her topcoat too to create that extra perfect look, but I didn't have it with me! This polish literally doesn't chip for a long time and it dries incredibly fast. For someone who chips nail polish walking out of the salon and gets impatient for waiting for my nails to dry, this is incredible!
There are so many different shades to choose from which I can't wait to try, but for now I love this orange shade. It's just the right amount of vibrancy and looks subtle for an orange shade. I'll be whipping out Electra-cute this summer for sure!
Have you tried the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel polish range or do you have a favourite nail polish this season?

Hello Beauties!
When I come across a new beauty love, I just can't wait to share it with you! Today I could literally burst with love for this particular Essie nail polish!
It's the Essie nail polish in the shade 'Don't Sweater it!' Considering it's fall, and sweater weather, it's perfect for this time of year!
The nail polish itself is quite hard to describe, it's a mixture of beautiful colours and tones, there's a bit of grey, brown, mink and purple. This means you're left with a colour combination which will blow your socks off! Or sweaters!
The wear of this polish is great too! I find that you only need 2 layers and if use a good top coat the polish doesn't chip. You're left with a beautiful little shine on your nails, and I think that it could easily pass as a gel nail polish in the looks department!
This is definitely my favourite nail polish for Autumn and Winter, so sorry if you get bored of seeing this on my nails, I just love it too much!
Have you tried this shade before or have a special shade for A/W?

Hey Lovelies!
Today I thought I'd care to share a nail polish with you all!
It's a YSL baby in the shade Taupe Graine 53. I saw this nail lacquer in the store and thought it looked such a beaut for Autumn/Winter. So it was quickly purchased and put to the test!
Now me being me, didn't quite realise that the texture of this nail polish was a bit different, so whilst I was applying it I got a bit confused! Then I put 2+2 together and realised it was a grain kind of finish!
So I applied 2 and a bit coats and this is the end result:
Well, You apply this nail lacquer like normal and it goes on pretty smoothly, but then after a few blinks it starts to transform into the grainy finish! Pretty unusual and super special if you're wearing this colour for an evening out. The colour itself is taupe and it appears brown/silver depending on how it catches the light. A very lovely combination which once on looks very sophisticated and unique.
How would I describe the finish? A smooth sugar scrub, if that makes sense?!
The colour and finish is gorgeous and as it's another baby from YSL it's super easy to apply whilst the end result feels very luxurious. I know this texture finish/matte look is not everyone's cup of tea, but if you do like this cup of tea, then I really recommend you try this shade as it's a perfect cup!
Have you tried this shade before?

Good Morning Beauties!
Today I want to wow you with one of the most prettiest nail polishes ever! It's my all new firm favourite, and it's the perfect shade to rock all year!
Now I was particularly drawn to this Chanel Nail Colour when I saw it, probably because it was pink and I'm a girl! But it's such a beautiful shade of pink. It's called Rose Cache and it's shade number 521. It's more of a duskier pink which I would describe as a mixture of nude and rose pink.
I applied two coats of this polish, and whilst it's sheer to some extent, two coats definitely covers and does the trick. Two coats left me with beautifully covered nails and a lovely smooth finish.
I know this product may not look the most unusual or unique colour but I've never found a nail polish which can offer that perfect natural/neutral/pink combination. I think that's what would make it a perfect nail colour for so many occasions, whether it be a work nail, night out nail, shopping day nail or even a wedding nail.
It's definitely a great long lasting formula, after 4 days on my nails there's been no sign of chipping and that lovely finishing sheen is still there!
After so many years I think I've found my new go to nail! What are your favourite every day nail polishes of all time?

Hello Sunshines!
There's not much sun around here, so I'll try and bring you a little bit of sunshine on this rainy day!
Over the weekend I was away, but when I arrived home there were 2 beautiful beauty packages to welcome me. I'll just show you the one today!
It's the beautiful nails inc Floral nail polish in shade queensgate gardens!
These polishes are new out, in their floral range. I got mine by pre-order but I think they are available to buy for £12.
As you can see it's got blue little strands and little pink flowers in a clearish gel. You apply this over another nail polish of your choice. I chose a blue colour, for the undercoat as I thought it emphasises the pretty pink flowers, but this would suit many colours. I can't white to try it over white!
It's absolutely lovely and definitely perfect for a floral spring! It just makes me wish the sun would come out again!
The only little issue I have is, that it's a bit tricky to get the flowers out of the bottle! but at the same time it's quite fun, because you're literally fishing for flowers to come out on the wand!
I can't wait to try the other floral nail polishes in their range because this one is super super cute and pretty and great quality. So if you're after a polish like this I definitely recommend it! Come and join in on the flower power!
Have you tried nails inc floral nail polishes yet?

Happy Sunday Lovelies!
It's been a bit of a frantic week for me! Moving house has left my new house quite a mess with boxes still everywhere! But the beauty is that when you unpack the boxes, it's just like Christmas! In the sense you discover hidden beauty gems! And a little lost and forgotten gem is an Illamasqua Nail Polish which I bought last year! It does remind me of the Models Own polishes which are out at the moment but this little speckled beauty was a bit of a splurge because it was priced at £14.50.
But it's super super beautiful and reminds me of Easter and spring every time I look at my nails! Perfection in a bottle!
So this little bambino is in the colour Speckled Lilac. A perfect pastel for this time of year.
It's super smooth on your nails, so no rough edges and it lasts a really long time! Which is definitely a perk! The consistency is really great! Not too runny or not too gloopy! I used two coats for a really even speckled finish!
I am really really pleased that this little pastel beauty is back in my life and it's definitely my new spring favourite!
Have you tried any other Illamasqua nail polishes?
Hope you've had a good weekend and Happy Mother's Day to all Mums out there!

Hello beauties!
I am super excited today because I've just completed my last piece of Uni coursework ever! Arghh it's definitely super scary, but I'm edging closer to freedom! Yay!
Anyways after too much time with my head in the books I decided that my nails were in need of a bit of TLC, so when I saw a beautiful little Essie polish staring at me, I just had to paint them!
So I had a 'Tea & Crumpets' session! Well not real life tea and crumpets, but this little beauty!
It's a neutral pink nail polish, which has a beautiful shine to it and looks even more super shiny when the sunshines or the light catches it! I love this colour so much, it's just so natural, girly and pretty, literally perfect for any occasion. Also I find it's up to the great Essie standard as it leaves a silky smooth finish!
If your nails are in need of some TLC too, Tea & Crumpets will sort them out for sure!
Have you tried this polish? What's your favourite Essie shade?

Alright my lovelies!
I'm all about switching the normal glossy nail varnish for a matte beauty today! I do enjoy painting my nails in Barry M's Hi-shine Gelly polishes but I'm betraying that finish today for one of their matte nail polishes! I was debating the white matte nail polish from Topshop but then I thought this Barry M nail polish in Vanilla was super cute!
The finish is great, you need about 2 coats and it dries pretty quickly! Which is always a bonus if you get impatient like me!!!!
It's great, I did get a bit confused with its name though, the colour is not what I would describe as vanilla as it's more of a pink nude colour with a kind of grey twist! It is a very pretty shade though which I think is lovely! It will also match one of the many colours in the week you chose to dress in!
So it's literally a thumbs up from me for this matte look!
Just remember if you're going matte, no glossy top coats, only matte top coats that's if you want a top coat!
Have you tried one of the other Barry M Matte Nail Polishes? Or even the Topshop ones?

As February is the month of love, red roses, hearts and kisses. I've decided to start the week by showing some love to all the beautiful red things around!
Red Lipstick
Bubbles
Crystal Bracelets
Rings
Red Soles
Strawberry Laces
Nail Polish
Red Purse
Jammie Dodgers!
And I even wrote a little red verse to show my love to red!
Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
Look for everything red
As it's all around you
I've just become so inspired by all the cheesy Valentine's Day cards out there!!!! I can't resist picking them up and having a giggle!
What's your favourite red thing?

Happy blues are the best!
So I was going through my nail polish collection and I didn't quite realise how many blues I actually own! So here are 10 blue beauties!
From left to right
1. Splendid: Your fly's down
2. Barry M Gelly Hi-shine: Blueberry
3. Barry M Nail Paint: Cobalt Blue
4. Barry M Nail Paint: Indigo
5. Ciate: Glass Slipper
6. Ciate: Headliner
7. Rimmel 60 Seconds: Too cool to tango
8. Ciate: Power Dressing
9. Revlon: Blue Lagoon
10. No7 Stay Perfect: Stand Back
Beauty mission: find my favourite shade of blue!
As I'm so indecisive at choosing the right colour I've painted each nail a different colour. My indecisiveness is not helped by the fact that there are so many pretty tones of the same colour out there!
So here's my left hand
(L-R nail polishes 1-5)
And the right hand
(L-R 6-10)
I think considering they're all blue, they're all so individual, pretty and unique but I'm going to chose my 3 favourites! ( I can't just pick one, that would be too hard!)
My winners are:
2.Barry M Gelly Hi-shine: Blueberry
This has such a great smooth finish and is a really unusual shade of blue.
7. Rimmel 60 seconds: Too cool to tango
Super sleek finish, pretty pastel and dries in 60 seconds! Great for the inpatient!
3. Barry M Nail Paint: Cobalt Blue
Same smooth finish, no smudging, lovely cobalt blue, not so vibrant as some cobalt shades can be though!
And my poor performer is :
10. No 7 Stay perfect: Stand back
Not so perfect for me! It was so runny, literally like liquid overflowing my nail! In my opinion the colour is ok but just needs an injection of oomph to fit in more of a defined shade category!
Well I hope you enjoyed my blue nail round up, if you've got a favourite blue nail polish I'd love to hear your recommendations!
