Fall Makeup and Fragrance

Fall Makeup and Fragrance

Hello Lovelies!

Can you really believe that it's September already? It'll be Christmas before we know it!

I thought I'd share with you some new favourites from August that are perfect for fall! August seems so long ago now!!!!

NARS Kabuki Ita Brush

I had been so desperate for this brush, but I suppose I could never justify the large price tag. But then the shopaholic inside me obviously took over and before I could blink I was walking out of Sephora with a beautiful new brush. I am so glad I bought this Kabuki brush. It honestly is amazing and so easy to use, perfect for that sculpted look. For contouring it's so great because it doesn't create a muddy look like some contouring brushes do. It's soft and seems to pick up the right amount of product each time. It really is worth every penny!

2. Nails Inc Hyde Park Court Gel Effect Nail Polish

If you've read this previous post of mine, you'll know how much I'm loving khaki at the moment! This is still ongoing and as it's time for fall, I decided to add a lovely khaki colour to my fall nail polish collection. This is the Nails Inc Hyde Park Court Gel effect nail polish.
A lovely khaki colour which is perfect for AW15. It looks like it'll be khaki overload for me this fall!

3. Chanel CHANCE EAU VIVE

I've always been a lover of the Chanel CHANCE perfumes, so when I was shopping in Duty Free in London I decided to treat myself. They had a weird bowling game competition where you could win something from Chanel if you managed to get the right combination. Unfortunately I didn't win, but I was already going to buy this perfume anyway (So that's basically a win anyway!!!) This is the Chanel CHANCE EAU VIVE perfume, which is the new baby in the CHANCE family. It's pink and has floral, jasmine, orange and grapefruit notes. It is probably more floral and woody than I'm used to but I absolutely love it. Chanel perfumes are always so long lasting on your skin, which is so perfect when you're obsessed with the scent.

Post Holiday Favourites

Good Morning Lovelies and a Happy Monday!

I've recently returned from a lovely holiday in the Caribbean so I'm feeling all refreshed. However, my skin probably not so. I have the strangest tan, I'm quite patchy and a little sunburnt! I never usually get sunburnt so I think the new sunscreen I tried might not have been the best for me.

What I do know is that I want to preserve my little patchy tan for a little while, so I definitely need to infuse some moisture back into my skin.

For that post holiday healthy feel. These are 3 products which I'm loving.

MAC Strobe Cream

1. Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Fluid: I've cracked this beauty out because it's just so perfect. It's lightweight, covers nicely, has a little colour to it and makes you look so healthy and glowy.

2. MAC Strobe Cream: I recommend if you get this product to buy it in the travel size, because it lasts for ages and a little blob goes a long way. It's very moisturising, you can use it under your foundation as a base, or you can dab it and use it as a highlighter. It delivers a beautiful glow and highlight which really lifts your face.

3. Dior Addict Lip Glow: You can't forget your lips. Lips get quite dry and cracked on hot holidays. This gem never fails. Your natural lip colour comes out and your lips are left the softest and most moisturised ever. Perfect for applying your favourite lipstick!

What are your favourite products post holiday?

And here's a little Caribbean snap just to start the week right!

Chanel Le Vernis Nail Colour 521 Rose Cache

Good Morning Beauties!

Today I want to wow you with one of the most prettiest nail polishes ever! It's my all new firm favourite, and it's the perfect shade to rock all year!

Chanel Le Vernis Nail Colour 521 Rose Cache

Now I was particularly drawn to this Chanel Nail Colour when I saw it, probably because it was pink and I'm a girl! But it's such a beautiful shade of pink. It's called Rose Cache and it's shade number 521. It's more of a duskier pink which I would describe as a mixture of nude and rose pink.

I applied two coats of this polish, and whilst it's sheer to some extent, two coats definitely covers and does the trick. Two coats left me with beautifully covered nails and a lovely smooth finish.

I know this product may not look the most unusual or unique colour but I've never found a nail polish which can offer that perfect natural/neutral/pink combination. I think that's what would make it a perfect nail colour for so many occasions, whether it be a work nail, night out nail, shopping day nail or even a wedding nail.
It's definitely a great long lasting formula, after 4 days on my nails there's been no sign of chipping and that lovely finishing sheen is still there!

After so many years I think I've found my new go to nail! What are your favourite every day nail polishes of all time?

My hearts

Heyyyy Beauts,

I thought I'd do a post a little different this week! And share some hearts for what I'm hearting!

Basically it looks like my loves this week are beige and pink!

Starting off top left is the Palm Beach Chanel shop, it's basically heaven! I wish I could live in it!

Then top right we have a little revision treat my mum gave me! Uni finals are draining so a little mini combo of posie tint and high beam cheered me up! Total motivation to study! I'll be doing a review on these soon!

Carrying on bottom right are my Chanel twins! The Chanel Perfection Lumiere Velvet foundation and Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua! I always use the Vitalumiere Aqua as I have quite dryish skin, but I couldn't resist giving the new velvet foundation a go! So this little black beauty will be being reviewed soon, but its velvet feel is definitely impressing me right now!

And here bottom left! It's a super big heart for 2 beautiful things which I couldn't live without! Yankee candles and jelly beans! Mmm
I visited a yankee candle outlet store and snapped this Bunny Cake large candle up for $13,99, I think they call that a bargain! And then Minnie Mouse jelly beans! Need I say no more!

Hope you love my hearts this week! What are you loving?
