Charlotte Tilbury Makeup
Hello Lovelies!
Life has been pretty manic and full of travelling lately. But of course, it's also been full of shopping too! When I arrived back in London the other day, a quick trip back to the city wouldn't be complete without a visit to the Charlotte Tilbury counter in Selfridges! It also wouldn't be complete without a few purchases to add to my collection!
So here are the three lovely things which I picked up! I can do a more in depth review at a later time!
1. Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick in Bitch Perfect
The lipstick on the left! This is a beautiful pink nude and it's just so creamy. The perfect shade for every day!
2. Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick in Hepburn Honey
I'm starting to put my coral and bright lipsticks away so I opted for this beautiful lipstick shade. It's a neutral beige lipstick with honey tones and is great for those times when you want a bit more of a darker subtle lip. I can't wait to wear this shade in winter!
3. Cheek to Chic Sex on Fire blush
I'm obsessed with these blushes, so had to add another one to my makeup bag! They're so perfect due to the swish and pop concept. I absolutely love this shade and feel that it's perfect for my skin tone in the cooler months to come.

Happy Thursday Beauties!
Today I'm spreading some love for the Too Faced Sweethearts blush! I literally heart this blush so much. Anything in the shape of a heart really is a winner!
This Sweethearts blush is in the shade 'Something About Berry'. A beautiful trio of pretty berry shades which are a mix of pink and purple tones. I opted for the darkest shade blush in the Too Faced range as I wanted a blush which would be more visible especially to wear this spring and summer. I instantly knew that this blush would match some of my favourite pink MAC lipsticks, Lickable and Milan Mode!
As for the blush itself, I absolutely adore the packaging and the colour of these shades. Even though I'm one of those people who hates mixing and ruining beautiful products, I feel that the combination when you mix these three shades is perfection!
I really like the way that this blush applies, it goes on so smoothly especially now as I've started to wear more of a matte finish base. The blush lasts a long time on me and delivers the perfect amount of shimmer. I'm so so happy with my new little blush heart!

After having a little root around the drugstore! Well actually quite some time in the drugstore! I came across a colourful stick of blush! Oh yes this Maybelline Master Glaze blush stick begged me to pick it up! I did in shade 'Pinch Pink'. It definitely reminded me of the No7 pop and glow sticks that I've already written a post on! So I just couldn't wait to see if these were in the same blush field.
These Maybelline Blush sticks come in variety of colours, perfect for any blush lovers!
I chose this one, because I'm just addicted to pink blush, and I have sooo many lipsticks this shade, so totally matching my makeup there!
Here it is swatched on my hand!
It feels quite wet when first applied, but when blended it kind of melts away, feeling somewhat powdery! It is very subtle when blended, and has lots of little sparkles which reflect when they catch the light. I love how light this feels on your skin. I would say this shade is definitely great if you're going for a subtle makeup/no makeup look. Otherwise if you need some more colour on your cheeks, a different shade will probably be more helpful.
I think this could be my favourite drugstore blush to take me through summer. For me it definitely beats the No7 Pop and Glow sticks, and the size of Master glaze means it's super easy to be added to your handbag makeup stash!

Morning!
Now I'm not going to hide the fact that I'm a sucker for a blush! And I'm an even bigger sucker for a super reasonable blush! This week I came across e.l.f baked blush in the shade Pinktastic!
With a name like this, it would have been rude to not pick it up! Once I picked it up I saw the lovely gold champagne colour with pink swirls on this blush. Just like a golden raspberry ripple! At $3.04 it just had to be mine.
And it was. It's not so much your usual blush but a lovely shimmery highlighter kind of blush. It is soooo subtle with the perfect amount of glitter. It's super smooth and really lifts when you pop it on. I'm super sure that it would be perfect for any skin tone, due to its natural look.
For this price, I can't quite believe the great quality it is. If you're after a highlighter kind of blush definitely check it out!
E.l.f baked blushes are definitely reminding me of MAC mineralize blushes right now, and are a teeny fraction of their price.

Now we all know how much I love blushes! Well guess what I've got? Yes another blush!!
This time I was feeling in a peachy mood, I don't tend to wear peach shades, but I remember years ago, I had a blush which I used to wear a lot and it had peachy tones to it, and it used to look really nice!
As cream blushes are literally everywhere right now, this peach passion is definitely going to be a creamy peach choice!
So here's my peach choice! Maybelline's Dream touch blush in 02 which is a peach perfection!
It's really soft and whippy to touch, probably not as buttery as some blushes I have tried, but soft and smooth enough!
The colour is really lovely, and quite warming! Not peach/orange overload! But a nice natural look! I really like the warmth of it, but I reckon if you want a real glow, I think you would need quite a bit of it, as the colour when spread disappears a fair bit! Overall it's natural, but I'm not too sure how long this product will last!
I'm a fan of topshop cream blushes which seem more softer and spread a bit smoother, so I really want to try head over heels, which looks like a lovely coral/peachy perfection!
But for a natural peach glow this creamy blush is a sound choice!

So the blushes I've reviewed in the past have been amazing but pretty normal in terms of how they come! However this little blush is certainty not a usual one you would find hanging around on the shelves in many stores!
It's a Cheek Stamp Blush by Seventeen! Unusual huh?
You just stamp it onto the apples of your cheeks so you're left with round blobs on your cheeks! (Like a clown!) but then you just blend it and as if by magic, you're blushing naturally!
These come in 5 different colours but I picked Blushin! A very light pastel pink colour. After stamping myself to death in Boots whilst choosing which shade to get I decided on this one because it was the lightest and I was a bit worried of having coloured circles on my face! I don't really think there was much to fear as it blends down very well for a natural flush of blush, plus it's super soft!

To get started you unscrew the lid, and you're presented with a beautiful white stamp! Don't push it up and down like me waiting for the blush to come out! Because it won't! The colour is actually in the lid! So take the plastic off, push your stamp in the lid, and then you're ready to get stamping! This blush lasts on your cheeks a pretty long while too and because it's so small it is amazing for taking it out and about on your daily journeys! Just perfect for those moments when you really need to stamp some colour back onto your face! At £4.99 I think this little beauty is worth it, definitely a kind of product which makes putting blush on super exciting!

Well I was going through my makeup stash! And it was like christmas all over again! The feeling of finding those products which you've barely used but you love! One bright beauty that popped out at me, was my e.l.f HD blush.
It's bright indeed!
It's in the colour Encore which is pink. A kind of fuschia and crushed raspberry tone. I think these little blushes were meant to rival the Makeup Forever HD blushes. which are priced considerably more. On the U.K site these e.l.f blushes sell for £3.75 so they don't come with a hefty price tag.
They also sell them in 4 additional colours, but at the time I bought Encore these were all sold out, so Encore it was!
So basically you pump this out, but you only need a tiny bit! A real TINY bit! It is heavily pigmented so the tiniest bit spreads a long long way! This particular shade looks quite bold and fierce at first but rest assured when blended, it changes to a lovely softer glowier colour. As applying this requires a tiny bit I pop it on the back of my hand and then just use my fingers to blend well.
The result is a flawless look! It's great and as you don't need a lot at all, this will last a long long time!
It's definitely a great product for such a reasonable price.
Using this product again has definitely rekindled my love for e.l.f. I find they pretty much always hit the spot.
