Sephora Masks
Sometimes we all need one of those at home pamper days. On a recent trip to Sephora I picked up two products. A honey eye mask and a lavender foot mask. Both of these are from Sephora's own line and are such a bargain price for that perfect tlc at home.
First up is the honey eye mask. This comes in a bright orange/yellow pack and this one specifically focusses on nourishing and balancing. It consists of two patches and you apply one under each eye. You leave them on for 15 minutes and then remove the excess. The result is that my eye area feels smoother and more nourished. Not bad for only $5.

Secondly this is quite possibly my favourite foot mask ever. This is the Sephora collection lavender foot mask. This particular foot mask is for refreshing and relaxing, and it definitely does just that. The heat and humidity really takes its toll on my feet and sometimes they end up swelling especially after a hard day walking. Its also perfect for those days where you just want something soothing and relaxing. This foot mask is the perfect way to relax and chill after a busy day on your feet. The lavender scent is of course very calming and relaxing in its self. You pop these little boots on, massage slightly, rest up for 15 minutes whilst they work their magic. For $5, it's a little slice of heaven as they really do work. They leave your feet feeling moisturised and kind of refreshed. I love these so much that I think I might have to make them a weekly ritual.

Hello Lovelies!
For a few years now when my skin gets super super dry and it needs some real intensive treatment, I love using the Dr organic Manuka Honey Rescue Cream as it sorts out my skin straight away. However the other day I came across a face mask version of this cream, so Dr Organic Manuka Honey Face Mask. As a lover of face masks I knew I had to give this a go!
It claims to nourish, restore and offers a deep cleanse. Obviously it's honey flavoured but it opens the pores to remove all those nasties in our skin to freshen our skin once again. As I love the rescue cream I had pretty high hopes for this!
It's actually clay based but when you apply it, it's smooth like a lotion/cream. I expected it to be sticky because it's honey but it definitely isn't. Once applied it delivers that cooling feel as it begins to work its magic!
You leave this beauty on for about 10 minutes, I've never felt anything like it, the mask hardens but it's so smooth if you run your hands over it! No flakes or sticky situations! You then rinse it off with warm water or a flannel.
The result?
The softest skin ever, literally running my hands over my face felt like all my pores had disappeared. My complexion felt a lot clearer and fresher! I'm really impressed by this face mask it just feels so natural once applied, it's so easy to get off and doesn't irritate in the slightest. They say to use this twice a week and I will definitely be doing that as it delivers such great results!
Have you tried anything from the Dr Organic range?

Good Day Lovelies!
Today I have a beautiful little treat to start the week. It's one of those sticky days, where you feel all tired with sticky eyes. As I'm definitely in need of a pick me up to refresh myself, I thought lets try this little H&M Dead Sea Mineral Mask. I had it lying around and as I read it's meant to give a radiant complexion to tired skin, I thought this was perfect! The mask is made from natural seaweed and rock salt. so it's pretty fresh!
Once applied it's a white coloured mask with a greenish tinge. It feels quite cool when first applied and then you can feel it tighten. I have quite a little face, so I only need about half the packet. So for a price of 99p, this mask is even better when you can get 2 uses from it!
After leaving this mask on for 10-15 minutes whilst having a little relaxing time at the same time, I washed it off.
And the verdict?
My skin actually feels clearer and more glowy. My skin feels fresh and free of dirt and impurities that however hard you try when cleansing you just can't get rid of. Once again I am really impressed by the H&M masks. They are incredible value and actually work. My other favourite is their coconut water mask, so if you get a chance definitely test them out.
Have you tried any H&M masks before?

Good day Lovelies!
I'm honestly having trouble to get over the fact that there's one week left of September! Where has this month gone?
I've recently done a little bit of travelling and whilst I had a lovely time, my skin's feeling in a little bit of a state. Hot sunny weather mixed with plane journeys has definitely dried out my poor dehydrated skin. So I knew I needed a skin saviour to make my face perky once more. When I saw this Coconut Face Mask in H&M I couldn't resist it. Something about the coconut scent reminds me of holidays and beaches (probably because it smells like my favourite suncream!). What's best is that it contains coconut and shea butter and is a moisture mask which claims to cleanse and moisturise your face.
So in my puffy eyed state I applied a bit of my favourite Caudalie grape water and patted it dry. I always do this with any face mask as I find it helps my face masks apply easier.
Then I applied the creamy white mask which glided on so easily and smelt fantastic. This mask is meant to stay on for 10-15mins whilst you can just relax.
Whilst waiting, I did wonder how well a 99p mask from H&M would fare. It began to dry on my face, like my face was absorbing the mask, so I stayed with it and once the time was up I washed it off.
Well the verdict! This mask was actually pretty good. My face felt really fresh and glowy. It's definitely refreshed my complexion, leaving it full of moisture and soft to touch. It looks a million times better and the scent was just too yummy for words.
I highly recommend this, if you're after a fun little face mask which will actually work. It's great value and you could easily get two uses from the packet.
I can't wait to try their other flavours in their face mask range!

Good Morning!
I'm having a LUSH kinda day! That means a day testing out some of my new LUSH goodies! YAY!
The first one I'll show you is my Cupcake fresh face mask! It's a brown mixture, looks like it has chocolate chips in it and literally smells like a cupcake in a pot with a kind of mint twist! Nothing better to spread over your face! It's kind of like smearing chocolate cake mix on yourself, but this actually helps your skin!
I was drawn in by the name and the smell, I can never resist! This face mask comes in a lovely little pot priced at £5.95. Although it is kind of expensive compared to just buying the packet ones, the mixture does go a long way, and I reckon that you could get around 6-8 masks out of this. So technically there's not too much difference.
I popped the mask on my face, carefully spreading it (which spread really well!) It didn't feel sticky or annoying like some face masks can. After 5-10 mins I washed it off! It was easy, no annoying remnants left in my hair and no sticky bits left on my face, definitely a mask which is flannel friendly.
The result, it has totally left my skin more glowier and fresh. I can actually see a real difference, which is great because my skin has been really dull and allergies have been affecting me really bad lately. So top points to this mask. What's best is that the ingredients are fresh, so no nasty chemicals that can aggravate your skin! But because of this just beware the masks come with an expiry date, so you have to cupcake your face frequently!
Have you tried this face mask? Or have you tried any of the other Lush flavours which you recommend?

Aloha lovelies!
Today I decided to have some face mask fun! I'm feeling a bit sluggish this week so I thought let's feel a bit more alive with a peel off, all in time for the weekend!
So today's chosen face mask is the easy peasy Montagne Jeunesse Passion Peel off. It's pomegranate and Passion flower flavour.
This one is pink surprisingly! It's also very transparent on the skin!
It's slightly cooling when you put it on and has a very strong fruity sweet smell.
Slightly too strong for me! But this baby is suitable for both normal and oily skin.
So for 10-15 mins whilst this is working its magic, you can sit back and relax.
And remember the hair band, you don't want sticky hair central like me!
And when the times up you can peel peel peel! But gently, no tugging!
I struggle with this, the edges come off well but I always get the sticky remnants all around my cheeks and nose, so always have a flannel handy!
But on the happy side my skin feels softer and a bit more glowier. I still look a bit sleepy but I'm definitely feeling more alive and refreshed!
So for some cheap face mask fun, these masks are great but in my opinion I think I prefer other flavour's, I love their chocolate ones, they're much easier to wash off!
I would love to hear your recommended flavours, if you've tried any?
